Hello, I've been away from this Blog for a while due to the Holiday break and other factors, but now that Obama is President, I feel I can write again... It is nice to see the optimism in this country rise up anew, even though I don't think the bottom has been reached in the Recession yet... I sent an Infrastructure idea to White House. gov about placing residential electric service underground to protect against ice storm outages, we'll see if that goes anywhere... Wondering if Republicans will further make themselves nonexistent by obstructing the President's stimulus plan... I gotta tell ya, folks, between the RNC chairman's "Barack the magic negro" song parody and the Right Wing noise machine's strident Talking Points re' Gitmo closing, No More Torture Executive Order, and Rush's "I hope he fails" statement, they are rapidly becoming a Self-fulfilling Parody... As for new business, I have a link to this blog from my YouTube page, canudigit3000, where I have a selection of MST3K episodes in My Favorites page, hope to generate some interest there...
Your Comfort Food Tip of the Day is... Tuna Salad Sandwich Mix
When you prepare your tuna salad, first, spend the extra money for White Albecore, it's better than that 'pink stuff' they SAY is tuna... Next, take a little bit of salad from your Romain salad bag and shred it up by hand, placing it in the mix, and then, I like to put in a little ranch dressing and dill weed in addition to the mayo.
